This model is printed at 75mm scale, measured from foot to eye on average. Due to the nature of 3d printing small surface defects are possible, but all efforts will go into minimizing these. In most cases any remaining artifacts can be removed with tweezers or a hobby knife. Models are printed in a matte light grey

Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really, like we didn't checked the box?
Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
