The pendant features finely Saint Alphonse Marie de Liguori and Our Lady of Help on the reverse. Rosary, bracelet charm. Alfonso Maria de Liguori (1696 1787) is a prelate, founder of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, recognized as a saint and doctor of the Church by the Catholic Church. This small medal is in good antique condition with some normal signs
